6.User Profile

The User Profile feature lets the User set his/her preferences. MeRLIN will remember those preferences and retain them across all the logins of the User.

Users can access the User Profile section by clicking on the User icon at the far right of the top bar of MeRLIN.

Change Profile Information

You can make changes to the following attributes.

• Step 1: Edit your First Name
• Step 2: Edit your Last Name
• Step 3: Edit Phone Number
• Step 4: Save Profile

Change Password

When you prefer to change your Buyer portal login password, you can use the Change Password

• Step 1: Specify the new password in the New Password meeting the Password rules given at the bottom.
• Step 2: Confirm the password by repeating it in Confirm Password
• Step 3: Click on Update Password

Theme Selector

• Theme Selector will let you select the theme for Merlin. You can choose from the three options available – Pearl White, Cloud Gray, and Ocean Green.

Sidebar Display

• The sidebar functionality offers two viewing options for menus. Users can choose between a permanent display of menus or opt to view menus by clicking on the Hamburger icon, providing flexibility and a personalized navigation experience.

Language

• The Language Selector allows you to effortlessly choose your preferred language.

Out of Office

• The set and schedule functionality for Out of Office enables users to efficiently manage the absence. Users can seamlessly set an out-of-office status, specifying the start and end dates for their unavailability.

Mobile App Access Token

• To Access MeRLIn on Mobile, you will need to create a token from the web portal. Click on the Mobile App Access Token.
• Click on the Generate Token. The Token will be generated and this can be used to login to the Mobile Application.
• Once Generated you can use this token till the validity as specified in the token list.
