Menu Path: System Management >> Outgoing Emails
The List of Outgoing Emails page displays all email messages sent from the MeRLIN system to suppliers, buyers, and other internal users.
This screen helps administrators and authorized users monitor email delivery, review email content, track communication history, and troubleshoot notification-related issues.
The page is divided into two main sections:
- Email List Panel (Left Side) – Displays the complete list of outgoing emails with basic information.
- Email Preview Panel (Right Side) – Shows the full content of the selected email, including header details, message body, and attachments.
