In this section, we will see how to create a new In-Person Audit template.
Menu Path: Supply Chain Compliance >> In-Person Audit Templates – Create New
- Under the General tab, provide the template name and detailed description. Also, you can select one or more of the existing languages. Moreover, you can also add new languages. One of the languages can be selected as default. Audits will appear in the default language for all users to start with.
2.Choose the compliance criteria- Choose from the following options, how you want the Supplier to be evaluated based on their responses to questions. You can choose one or more of the following options.
-
- Knock Out answer based: Even if the auditor chooses one non-compliant answer, the supplier will be non-compliant.
- Total Score Based: The compliance will be calculated based on the total score obtained by the Supplier.
- Add questions by clicking on the Add Question button.
Provide the details of the question. You also have the provision to define the compliance/non-compliance options using the compliance indicator option. You can also provide the description and the options in the languages, chosen under the General Information tab. For Single choice questions, provide the marks for each option in the Answer List. Also, for each option you have the option to Create Widget. Checking this Create Widget option will create a widget which will consolidate the count of responses with this choice. These widgets can then be added to Dashboard.
Rearrange the questions once added using the Move Up and Move Down Action.
4. Conditions Tab: If you enable the branching option, for each option you select for a question you can choose whether to Continue to the next Question or Go to the End of Survey or Go to any Specific Question available in the template.
5.Now submit the template for approval by choosing the approvers for each role.
