The purpose of the supplier documents submenu is to centralize and organize essential information and records related to supplier relationships, which includes supplier registration documents, compliance documents of the suppliers, and contract authoring documents.
Menu Path: Supplier Management >> Supplier Documents

Only those documents that are added through this submenu can be archived. It is not possible to archive any existing attachments from this screen. Removal of attachments can only be done from the respective business processes.
- The Add New option is available only if you are the responsible buyer of the Supplier, otherwise, you will only be able to see the list of Supplier Documents.
- Enable the Archived Documents button to view the list of Archived Documents.
- The Download All button will download all the documents in a single stretch.
Add New Document
Here are the steps to add a new document.
Menu Path: Supplier Management >> Supplier Documents
- Click on the Add New.

- Provide the Document Type.
- Provide Comments.
- If the document is Expirable, provide the Expiry Date.
- Choose whether the document is to be made visible to the Supplier. Only such documents will be visible to the Supplier.
- Now upload the document.
- Click
Archive Supplier Documents
The ability to select and archive multiple documents simultaneously streamlines document management, saving time and reducing manual effort
- Click on the checkboxes at the left side of the Documents to be archived.
- From the icon on the top right of the table, choose “Archive Selected”
