2Once the award is created from the Evaluation Results submenu, the award appears in the RFQ Award Packages submenu. The buyer can now fill in the details of the award and send it to the Supplier. The supplier will be notified about the award through an email and the Award approval Emails to the Supplier will carry the details of the award as an attachment. The Supplier may accept or reject the award.

Description of Columns
- Award Number: Auto Generated Number uniquely identifying each Award Package
- Award Name: Name of the Award you have provided at the time of creation.
- Award Status:
- Draft: The award is available for editing
- Approved: Award accepted by the Supplier
- Supplier Rejected: Award rejected by the supplier. If the Supplier rejects the Award the RFQ can be sourced again and the new award created can further be sent again to the Supplier for Acceptance.
- Waiting for Supplier Acceptance: The award is pending acceptance from Suppliers
- Package type: Chosen by the Buyer. The first time it appears on the Award screen, it is said to be initial.
- Supplier Name: Details of the Supplier associated with the Award Package. An Award Package is always associated with only one Supplier.
- Organization Unit: The OU to which the award belongs.
- Count of Items: Total number of items in the selected award package.
- Award Currency: Currency in which the award amount is calculated and displayed.
- Award Amount: Total Amount of all the items in an award package.
Note: If the Supplier Rejects the award, and deletes the award from the Award package, the RFQ will then be available for Sourcing under commercial evaluation again. Commercial Evaluators perform the evaluation and award again.

- View: View the details of the Award.
- Edit: Edit the details of the Award and Submit it for Supplier acceptance.
- Delete: Delete an award.
- View Sourcing Identifiers: Sourcing identifiers can be RFQ.
- Approval Workflow History: View the complete approval process workflow and understand the approval status of the award package.
