Menu Path: Sourcing Event Management >> RFQs
Following are the steps to create an RFQ in MeRLIN.
Choose Create New RFQ from the Create New button on the top right corner of the List of RFQs page. Direct RFQs are the RFQs created through the Sourcing Event Management and Indirect RFQs are the ones that get created as a result of demand through requisitions.
Provide the necessary information in the General tab.
