Menu Path: Sourcing Event Management>>Active RFIs>> Action-Extend Schedule
If you are assigned to the Minimum Response Override role, you can extend the dates associated with the RFI such as the Response Closes on, Supplier Selection Starts on, and the Estimated Closure.
In the List of RFIs grid, under Actions, choose Extend Schedule.
In the Schedule Extension pop-up window, enter the number of days by which you would like to extend the bid opening process.
Since you have given 2 days for extension, the Response Closes On date will now be extended by 2 days, in accordance with which the Supplier Selection and Estimated Closure date will also get extended.
