Following are the steps to create New User in MeRLIN.
Menu Path: Security Management >> Users
1.In order to create a New User in MeRLIN, click on Create New button.
2. Provide the necessary information in the Create User screen that appears.

User Identifier | Username of the employee for logging into MeRLIN | 75 |
Organizational Unit | Choose the Organizational Unit of the User. This user will only be able to raise requistions to that particular Organizational unit and only for those items belonging to that specific Organizational unit. |
3. Click the save button to create a MeRLIN user with the above-entered user information.
Once the user is created in MeRLIN, the user as well as the admin who has created the user will receive an email. Now the user will receive an email with a link to complete the registration process.
