Based on the information available in the Purchase Order form, MeRLIN creates a downloadable PO attachment in the form of a PDF file. However, along with the PO, if the Buyer wants to attach any additional attachments such as Specifications, Meeting minutes, etc., they can be attached in the “Documents” tab.
Click on the “Add Document” button, choose the Document Type, provide a Document Description, click on Choose file to choose the attachment from the local machine and click “Next” to attach to the list.
