MeRLIN also provides functionality to create Purchase Orders without an approved demand. Such POs are called Spot POs. They can be created by clicking on the “Create Spot PO” button on the top right of the “Material Purchase Orders” sub-menu of the “Purchase Order Management” menu.
Note: Multi Action button will let you Assign Expeditor\Delete\Cancel any selected Purchase Order from the List of Purchase Order
