- As you log in to your MeRLIN application, choose
- You will see the list of all Requisitions. Click Create New Requisition. If you would like to use an existing template, click on “Create from Template” to proceed. Also, if need to edit an existing Requisition, swipe the requisition left and click on the edit icon.
- Choose the items and move to the cart- indicated by the total number of items, on the top right of the screen.
- You will be taken to the Requisition Summary page where you can see the list of all selected items.
- Swipe the item to the left to edit the item or delete the selected item.
- Now enter the details such as the Location, Delivery Date, Quantity, UoM, Incoterm, and Unit Price, and choose the budget for the item, as well as the Suppliers.
- Now click on the “Proceed” button.
- Repeat steps 5 to 7 to edit and add details for each item.
- Once all the items are edited, click on the “Create Requisition” button.
- Now provide the Requisition Name and Description.
- As you proceed you will be able to view the Suppliers mapped.
- Next section you will be able to see the Budgets allocated.
- As you click Proceed, you will be taken to the approval screen. In this tab, for the mentioned role, choose the approver from the list of approvers.
- Now Click on the “Submit Button” to submit the requisition for approval.
