Domain Management
- A Domain is a group of plants.
- In the Supplier Information, the suppliers are mapped to one or more domains.
- Add/Modify Domains (Note: In case the concept of domain is not available, then while creating plants, choose to automatically create domains in the name of plant, in such cases the Domain Plant mapping is autocreated)
Domain Plant Management
- One or more Plants are mapped to domains.
- Prerequisite – Plants and Domains need to be uploaded first for the Domain Plant Mapping
- Add/Modify Domain Plant details.
Exchange Rate Management
- Provision to upload add/modify exchange rates.
Incoterm Management
- Provision to upload add/modify incoterms.

- Add/Modify Items
- Add Images to items
- View Item 360
Item Images
Choose the Item Images option from the Download Template button to download the excel and use the Items Images under the upload button to upload images in bulk.
Note: Bulk upload of Item images require assistance from MeRLIN Support Team. Create a folder structure of all images with proper file names and extensions. After creating the structure, compress them using an archiver such as Winzip. Once done, send an Email to merlinsupport. The MeRLIN support team will assist you with further steps. If you have completed these steps and got a confirmation from the support team, you can proceed further.

View Item 360
You can view the transactional records and other details of an item using this option. Just like the dashboards you can add/remove the widgets and charts as well resize them.

- Upload the pricelist in this section.
- All the pricelists including the pricelists autocreated from a sourcing activities will be displayed under this menu.

- Provision to set up one or more states for a country.
- Pre-requisite: upload Country Master before State/Province.
Supplier Management
- Supplier are uploaded in bulk under this menu.
- The uploaded suppliers appear under the Approved Suppliers submenu under the Supplier Management. The supplier contacts can further be added to these suppliers.
UoM Class Management
- Add/Modify UoM Classes.
UoM Management
- Add/Modify UoMs.
- Pre-requisite: Upload UoM Classes.
