Credit Note Request is prepared by Buyer in buyer Portal explained in the steps below and submitted to the supplier for acceptance after internal approval.
Menu Path: Invoice and Payment Management >> Active Credit Note Requests
- Fill the details under the General Information section, including the Credit note description, and choose the Supplier, Organization Unit, Currency, Reason for Creating the credit note ad the total credit amount.

2. Click on the Continue button to move to the Documents tab. Add the required documents and move to the approval screen.

3. Choose the Approvers and submit the Credit Note for approval.

4. Once the approvers have approved the credit note, Publish it to the Supplier by choosing the Publish option from Action.
