As Buyers publish Purchase Orders against a contracted price, MeRLIN continues to monitor the spend against every contract. MeRLIN presents the spend as a Burndown chart as part of the Contract.
Under the Contracts sub-menu of the Contract Management menu, from the Action drop down of the specific contract, choose View Contract 360.
Navigate to the Spend Visual tab of the tabbed Contract view.
Under the Spend Visual tab, MeRLIN presents a burn-down view of the spend under the Contract.
Each vertical bar represents the a Purchase Order having Items from the Contract. Horizontal lines represent the minimum spend, maximum spend and the cumulative spend so far.
Click on the List tab to view the list of Purchase Orders in the form of a table.
