Choose Sign Document under Actions of a selected Active Authoring request.
The following screen appears.
As you scroll down, at the end of the document, sign in the space allotted to you.
Click on the X space, to be taken to a screen as shown. Here you can Sign/Upload your signature. Click on the Setup and Sign button to get this signature printed on the document.
You will see the document signed as below.
Now click on the Submit button to complete the process.
The document now appears signed and can also be downloaded in the form of PDF if required.
