The purpose of this submenu is to provide multiple Terms & Conditions support in Sourcing Events- RFQs.
- Business Administrators will define RFQ Terms & Conditions Templates. There can be more than one active RFQ Terms & Conditions template at any time.
- Each Terms & Conditions Template can have either:
- WYSIWYG editor to write and edit Terms & Conditions Text (Content-based)
- Attach a document such as PDF, Word, etc. with the Terms & Conditions contents (Attachment-based)
- If the type of the chosen T&C Template is “Content-based”, their content will be appended to the existing contents of the Terms & Conditions tab.
- Alternatively, if the type of the chosen T&C Template is “Attachment-based”, they will be added as attachments (documents tab) in the RFQ itself.

Create New Terms and Conditions Template
Menu Path: Business Administration >> Terms and Conditions
- Click Create New button.
- Under the General tab, provide the Template Name, Detailed Description of the template. Choose the business process from the list, here for instance we have chosen RFQ.
Content Based T&C: Choose the type of Terms and Conditions – whether content-based or it needs to be added as an attachment/document. If made as a Default Template, these terms and conditions will appear by default when an RFQ is created. Click Continue.
In the Content tab, provide the Terms and Conditions and Click on the Continue button to move to the Approval page.
Attachment Type Based: if the Type is chosen as Attachment Type, then the Attachment Tab is made available. Add the document and click on Continue.
Under the approval tab, choose the approvers and submit the Terms and Conditions for Approval.
