This page allows you to configure how suppliers are scored based on various performance and compliance parameters.
- Entities and Weights
- Assign weightage to each scoring entity such as:
- Compliance Survey, In-person Audit, Supply, Risk, and more.
- Ensure the total weight sums to 100%.
- Special Compliance Survey Questions
- Customize questions under compliance (e.g., GDPR, responsible sourcing, safety regulations). Allocate appropriate weights so their combined total equals 100% under this section.
- Missing Data Treatment
Choose how to handle missing data:
- Assume Full Marks
- Distribute to other Entities
- Assume Zero Mark (default)
- Class Configuration
- Define scoring classes for supplier performance:
- Set number of classes and their thresholds (e.g., Poor, Fair, Good)
- Configure color coding for visual identification.
Note : Ensure consistency between entity weights and class thresholds for accurate evaluation.
