The Supplier Qualification Questionnaire Rule submenu allows users to define and enforce rules that determine which qualification questionnaires suppliers must complete based on specific supplier attributes.
This ensures that suppliers are evaluated appropriately according to their category, area of operation, or registered country, streamlining compliance and qualification processes.

Defining a New Rule
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Create a New Rule

- Click “Create New Rule” to begin setting up a new qualification rule.
- Enter a unique Rule Name that clearly describes the purpose of the rule.
Example: Qualification Questionnaire for Suppliers from Australia, UAE, and India.
- Define Conditions
In the Conditions field, type @ to open the list of available supplier attributes.
The following options are typically available:

- [[ @Category L1 ]]
- [[ @Category Area ]]
Use these attributes to define logical conditions for your rule.
Example:
[[@Registered Country]] = {{#Australia}}
OR [[@Registered Country]] = {{#United Arab Emirates}}
OR [[@Registered Country]] = {{#India}}
- Validate the Condition

- Click “Validate” to check for any syntax or logical errors in the condition.
- If errors are found, the system will highlight them so that you can make corrections before proceeding.
- Choose the Qualification Questionnaire
Once the conditions are validated, select the Qualification Questionnaire that should be applied to suppliers meeting the defined criteria.
Example: Electrical Supplier Qualification Form or International Supplier Assessment.
- Save and Activate the Rule
- Review the configuration to ensure all details are accurate.
- Click “Save” to store the rule.
- Finally, mark the rule as Active to enable it in the system. Once active, suppliers who meet the defined conditions will automatically be required to complete the selected qualification questionnaire.

Condition:
