Supplier Qualification Questions which are a part of the Pre Registration evaluation process can be created under this submenu. The user is provided with a default Questionnaire. New templates can be created from this default template. Questionnaires are specific to Organization Units. Only one Question template can be active for an Organization Unit.

Available Actions
- View: View the details of the template, including the General Information, Evaluation Criteria, Questions, and Approval flow.
- Edit: Edit Questionnaire Template, you can add, delete the Questions and choose the approval Users, after editing a new version of the Questionnaire will get created.
- Delete: Delete the Questionnaire Template only when it is in Draft Status.
- View Workflow Approval Status: View the Approval details for the Questionnaire Template.
