Supplier Qualification Questions, which are a part of the Pre Registration evaluation process, can be created under this submenu. The user is provided with a default Questionnaire. New templates can be created from this default template. Questionnaires are specific to Organization Units. There can be more than one Question template active for an Organization Unit.

Available Actions
- View: View the details of the template, including the General Information, Evaluation Criteria, Questions, and Approval flow.
- Edit: Edit Questionnaire Template, you can add, delete the Questions and choose the approval Users, after editing a new version of the Questionnaire will get created.
- Delete: Delete the Questionnaire Template only when it is in Draft Status.
- View Workflow Approval Status: View the Approval details for the Questionnaire Template.
- Create New From: Allows you to create a new template from an existing template.
