The purpose of this Feature is to define Survey Templates, provide an ability to the Buying Organization to collect feedback from their registered Suppliers about their performance and relationship. The templates can be created through Supplier Feedback Survey Templates submenu under the Business Administration Main Menu on the left side navigation pane.
Business Administrators will create, and design one or more Survey templates based on the purpose of evaluation, types / regions of Suppliers etc. Vendor Masters can use one of these templates and initiate a Supplier survey.
The User Interface is shown below
1. Create New: This Button will let you define a new survey template. We will see in detail in the Create New Survey Template section.
2. Status:
- Draft: The template in draft status. Templates in Draft state can be edited.
- Active: Active templates can be used while creating Supplier Surveys. Active Templates can be edited.
- Inactive: Inactive templates cannot be used in Supplier Surveys. Inactive templates can be edited.
3. Actions: The various Actions available for templates are
- View: View the Survey Templates. Editing is not permitted in View mode.
- Edit: Provision to Edit the contents of Survey Template
- Make as Active: Choose this action to activate an inactive Survey Template.
- Make as Inactive: Choose this action to inactivate an active Survey Template.
