Menu Path: Business Administration >> Supplier Contact Function Configuration
Every Supplier while submitting the registration form needs to submit one or more Supplier contacts, who together, will ensure that the Supplier has at least one Contact for all the mandatory functions. This functionality is applicable in the following cases:
- New Supplier Registration (Buyer and Supplier Portals)
- Change in Supplier Information (Buyer and Supplier Portals)
- Changes to Supplier Contacts
You can make the Supplier Contact Fuction mandatory/non-mandatory under Actions.
