Menu Path: Business Administration >> Item Dynamic Attribute
Under this section, various attributes for an Item can be configured. These dynamic attributes are specific to Organization Unit and hence, the attributes you configure for an Organization Unit will only be accessible within the scope of the selected Organization Unit.
1. Organization Unit for which the Item Dynamic Attribute is defined.
2. Create New: To create a new Item Attribute.
- Key: Provide the Item Attribute
- DataType: Text\Dropdown, for dropdown, provide one or more values and Save the form.
3. Action: Edit\Deactivate the Item Attribute.
4. Key: Displays the item attribute key.
5. Data Type: Data type of the item attribute.
6. Allowed Values: Displays the drop down values provided for the Item Attribute.
7. Status: Active\Inactive. Further, Edit and Delete option is made available for Inactive Attributes.
