Email template configuration enables Business administrators to make changes to the textual content of various emails sent by MeRLIN based on various triggers.

Business Administrator will be able to make changes to the Subject, Body, Link and Footer part of the Emails sent from MeRLIN

Also, there is a provision to make an email template activate/inactive for an organization unit.
