The evaluation process is like the one detailed in the Technical Evaluation, except for the fact that here the Chief Technical Evaluator will be able to perform an evaluation, along with which he can review the selections and rationales provided by the technical evaluators.
First review the technical evaluation, then perform the chief technical evaluation under the Supplier Scoring tab.
Review all the quote details, responses provided by the supplier, and proceed to click on the evaluate icon to provide the score. The steps are similar to that done during technical evaluation.
Once the evaluation is complete, move to the next tab, to view the consolidated score. All the scores will be displayed here including the scores provided by all the technical evaluators as well as the score you have just provided. Expand each evaluator to view the details of the evaluation.
