All the RFQs routed for Technical Evaluation and Commercial appear under the RFQ Evaluations.
First Technical Evaluation takes place by one or more evaluators, after which a Chief Technical Evaluator will perform the final Technical Evaluation. Once the technical evaluation is complete, the commercial evaluation takes place by one or more commercial evaluators and then the final evaluation is performed by the Chief Commercial Evaluator. This submenu can be accessed under the Sourcing Management main menu on the left-side navigation menu.

Also, there is this ability to transfer the evaluation of an RFQ from the current Evaluator to another Evaluator. Click on the “Transfer” option under the ”Manage” section of the ”RFQ Evaluations” sub-menu.
