- Choose the name-role from the Delegator drop down.
- For normal users, only the roles associated with the logged in user are available.
- For Business Admins users, all users and their roles are listed.
- The “Delegated To” drop down is filtered to have all users of the role selected in “Delegator” drop down. Choose the delegated to user.
- Logged in user cannot be “Delegated to” user
- Choose the Delegation type.
- For normal users, only Delegation type appears.
- For Business Admin users, Transfer is also available
- Select Start and End dates of delegation.
- Start date can be from today. Past dates cannot be chosen
- The end date can be within 1 year from the today
- Time zone has defaulted to the logged in user’s current time zone. If you wish delegation happen at a different time zone, please choose.
- Click Continue
