The Buyer will publish the RFI from the RFIs sub-menu under the Sourcing Event Management. Once the RFI is ready for evaluation, it will be visible under the RFI Evaluation submenu. These Supplier Selection RFIs will be visible only for the respective Stakeholders mapped in the RFI.

Available Actions
- Evaluate Supplier Response: Evaluate the responses submitted by the Suppliers and select the suppliers.
- Not Interested to Score: Provide the comments and submit the form.
- Create Collaboration Group: Create a Collaboration Group for real-time collaboration with the Suppliers and the evaluators.
- View my Evaluation as Committee Member: After you have completed your evaluation, you can view the evaluation.
- View Committee Scoring Status: Displays the evaluation status, for example, how many evaluators have completed evaluations and who are yet to evaluate.

- Review Evaluation: Chief evaluation process. Detailed in the following sections.
- View my Evaluation as Chief: Provision to review the Chief Evaluation provided by the Chief Evaluator.
- View Approval History: View the Workflow Approval History of the evaluation.
- Create Auction: Create an Auction, and provide the name and description. Add more details from Auctions under Sourcing Event Management.
- Create RFQ: Create RFQ, provide name and description. Add more details from Active RFQs under Sourcing Event Management.
- Click on Create RFQ

A pop-up page will appear. Fill the required details

Click Submit. A template id will be displayed. This is a unique identifier with which the RFQ can be identified in the Sourcing Events Management Module.

Click on the Temp number , this will be redirected to the Sourcing events management module , RFQ editing page.
